Job Responsibilities:
1. Fleet Sales & Business Development:
o Identify and target potential fleet customers, including corporate, government, and leasing companies, to generate sales of electric vehicles (EVs).
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve fleet sales targets and increase market share.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
3. Product Knowledge & Promotion:
o Demonstrate a deep understanding of EVs, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
o Educate customers on the advantages of EVs, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and advanced technology.
4. Market Analysis & Reporting:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the EV fleet market.
o Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to management.
5. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
o Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate terms to secure fleet contracts.
o Ensure timely execution of contracts and coordination with internal teams for vehicle delivery and after-sales support.
6. After-Sales Support:
o Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure a seamless post-sales experience for fleet customers.
o Address and resolve any issues related to vehicle performance or service in a timely manner.
7. Collaboration & Teamwork:
o Work closely with marketing, operations, and service teams to align strategies and deliver superior customer experiences.
o Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to enhance skills and knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering ,Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in fleet sales, preferably in the automotive car sales
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Vehicle technology and its applications in fleet operations is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
