Job Description

Main Job Functions:
  • To act as a mediator between the customer & the Sales Consultant to support smooth and efficient sales operations (reservation creation & confirmation, order booking, delivery liaison) thereby contributing to the target achievement.
  • Point of contact for customer support (telephone, electronically or F2F), while consultants are in the market.
  • Interaction with the Traffic Department which involves customer registration, clearance of fines, mortgage release, etc.
  • Verification of relevant information in sales documents i.e. Custom certificate, vin details etc., prior to communication to customers.
  • Prepare and review supporting documents for invoicing and retain all records by means of proper filing/organization.
  • Allocate leads and enquiries to sales team; consolidate and submit customer registration requests within the given time frame without delays.
  • Provide onboarding support to new joiners in liaison with GHRD and GIT Departments (Windows access, Oracle responsibilities, etc).
  • Commitment to standards of the highest professionalism and ethical behavior. Handle confidential information with discretion.
Measurement & Performance :
  • Assist in achieving Fleet Sales Objectives by ensuring all sales coordination tasks are carried out on time and in accordance with Company policies.
  • Report to duty on time. Maintain attendance punctuality & Discipline.

Administration Role :
  • Generate required reports to the Managers i.e. Daily Invoicing, Weekly forecast, Target/Model mix achievement etc.
  • Provide support to the Manager in areas of Market Intelligence, competitor\xe2\x80\x99s quotation copies, Logistics and Order Management.
Finance/ Risk Management Role :
  • Ensure bank documents are submitted on time.
  • Maintain proper control and copies of Custom papers & Traffic Letters for respective team.
  • Ensure Cheque clearance prior to release of customer registration papers, vehicle registration and delivery of vehicles.
Process Compliance Role :Ensure compliance to following.
  • ISO, SOP, GIA Compliance.
QualificationsGraduate/Diploma with good IT Knowledge.Good Communication SkillsSales Coordination experience of minimum 2 years
