Job Responsibilities:

Perform surface preparation, sanding, masking, and priming before painting. Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to fleet vehicles using spray guns, brushes, or rollers. Ensure smooth, even coatings and proper curing times for durability. Follow safety protocols and use protective gear while handling paints and chemicals. Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards and uniformity in paintwork. Perform touch-ups, refinishing, and repairs on vehicle surfaces as required. Maintain tools, spray guns, and painting equipment in good working condition. Follow company guidelines for color matching and finishing techniques. Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Fleet Painter / Auto Painter

or similar role. Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques. Ability to mix and match paints for color accuracy. Familiarity with safety procedures in painting and handling chemicals. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes. Willingness to work overtime when required.
