We are seeking a highly motivated Fleet Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and proper maintenance. Key Responsibilities: . Manage the daily operations of a large fleet, including cars, trucks, or commercial vehicles. . Develop and implement effective maintenance and scheduling plans to optimize fleet performance. . Oversee and coordinate a team of drivers and technicians. . Utilize Fleet Management Software and vehicle tracking systems to monitor and improve fleet operations. . Ensure compliance with all safety, maintenance, and operational standards. . Negotiate contracts with suppliers, including rental companies and maintenance providers. . Make quick and informed decisions in emergency situations related to maintenance or accidents. Requirements: Work Experience: . Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in fleet management or transportation management. . Proven expertise in managing large fleets and diverse vehicle types. . Strong experience in planning and organizing fleet operations. Technical Skills: . Proficiency in Fleet Management Software and GPS vehicle tracking systems. . Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. . Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. . Excellent negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and service providers. . Effective decision-making skills, especially under pressure. Languages: . English and Arabic proficiency is preferred.
