Fleet Management Coordinator

Job Description

•Main Responsibility: •

Maintaining all vehicle records in group level.

Responsible to track records and handle any related paperwork.

Coordinate with the Public Relations and Human Resource teams to manage different applications and paperwork.

Work with local government bodies, federal authorities, organizations, etc. to accomplish work requirements (registration, issue, renewal, cancellation, transfer).

Prepare needed letters (Arabic and English) to address different authorities.

Create database to track the daily work like;

• Regulatory approvals
• Car registrations/renewal
• Traffic fines o Special approvals
• Vehicle maintenance requirements
• Petrol Consumption and limitation
• Tracking ships

Maintain relationship with Insurance companies to provide best offers.

Manage maintenance contract and follow with line managers for any urgent needs.

Prepare Accidents Reports and manage insurance work related to accidents.

Responsible to notify the company urgent requests like expiry of documents, renewal request, etc.

Work on ERP system to download/upload documents and set notifications under Vehicle Management.

Establish Policies with line Managers to ensure sufficient utilization of Vehicles.

Ensure that financial payment to local government bodies, federal authorities, organizations, etc. are done on time to avoid penalties.
