Duties and Responsibilities

Record availability, location and delivery capacity of each driver Track drivers' performance on an hourly basis to ensure smooth operation Ensure any kind of special request orders (Priority, VIP user, fragile items) are delivered with care Facilitate site visits to continuously monitor rider performance Analyze and allocate riders based on the need of fulfillment Manage all drivers' queries, issues and re-solve immediately Generate drivers' progress report on a daily basis

Fleet Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in fleet management role either in home country or GCC Time-management and organizational skills Manage to speak URDU,HINDI,ENGLISH,ARABIC

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

* fleet coordination: 1 year (Preferred)
