Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet-related activities, including vehicle documentation, maintenance logs, and fuel consumption.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of fleet vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition and meet safety standards.
• Prepare and present reports on fleet performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in fleet management to continuously improve operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in a car rental industry or organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with drivers and other stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and other relevant technology tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
