Manage daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicle availability and optimal routing to meet organizational needs. Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Utilize fleet management software to track vehicle performance, mileage, and maintenance history meticulously. Develop and maintain effective communication with drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and safety protocols. Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures related to fleet operations. Collaborate with vendors to secure competitive pricing for vehicle purchases and maintenance services. Manage insurance related activities

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role to ensure familiarity with industry practices. Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data effectively and efficiently. Strong analytical skills to interpret fleet performance data and make strategic recommendations.
