Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fleet and Delivery Manager to oversee our fleet operations and delivery services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring timely and safe deliveries of digital printing products to clients, and maintaining high service standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong logistical skills and experience in the digital printing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the company's delivery fleet, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling.
• Supervise and coordinate deliveries of digital printing products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and ensure vehicles are in excellent condition, scheduling regular servicing and repairs as needed.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols for drivers and delivery personnel.
• Optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and improve service quality.
• Track and analyze delivery performance metrics, making adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address delivery-related inquiries and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage driver recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or logistics, preferably in the digital printing or related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Understanding of UAE regulations related to transportation, delivery, and logistics.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
