Job Code: JPC - 1530 Job Title: Fleet Admin Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: 5-20 Years Language: Arabic, English Education: Bachelors Degree General Summary The Fleet Administrator shall provide fleet related support and manage Leased vehicles hired through LeasePlan to facilitate smooth running of LeasePlan Fleet. Education: Diploma in Automobile Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years with any Vehicle leasing / rental company. Responsibilities: Will be available 24/7 through telephone to support the fleet issues. Assist on new car delivery & delivery reports. Maintenance & accident repairs scheduling & Reports. Replacement car management & monthly utilization reports. Monitoring the registration card expiry dates & follow ups. Monitoring the security pass expiry dates & follow ups. Coordinating maintenance / breakdown preferred suppliers. Short term rental management with suppliers. Driver management. Assist on traffic fine payment collection. Assist on end of lease cars.
