Standard Work procedures to attend maintenance works plant reliability by reducing breakdowns.Roles and Responsibilities:
Respect all safety rules as per HARSCO standards and work should be as per Procedures
Must obey the customer and Harsco safety rules and policies
Maintain Plant equipment schedule for preventive and proactive activities.
Plant (electrical equipment) availability for the operations
Plant equipment efficiency.
Plant equipment failures should be minimized
Root cause analysis for failure to be studied to avoid further failure.
Maintaining a Critical spare list for all equipment from electrical operations
Knowledge in Weighing instruments calibration and maintenance activity.
Knowledge in the monitoring of Power consumption meter reading
Required Years of Experience: 1-3 years ( Metal Recovery Plant / Crusher Plant)
