ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head of Operations MENAT, and being part of the European Commercial team, this role will need an experienced individual who can shape opportunities for customers to meet the demands of our growing Fixed Asset Management (FAM) solutions..
The role will focus on the UAE market, supporting the sales work to deliver our ambitious growth targets and meet the corporate objectives of the FAM.
The role will provide crucial industry experience to develop and refine solutions for customers, working with Commercial and Operational colleagues to ensure we can meet client needs with the right solution.
It's a role that spans Operations, Commercial and Product Development to ensure we are well placed to deliver the growth.
Typical objectives for the role will include:
• Lead the development of innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that meet client requirements and align with the company's strategic goals
• Provide in-depth technical knowledge of our fixed asset management software to prospective clients. Demonstrate how our solutions can address their specific needs and challenges.
• Design and present of FAM processes and determination the costs involved
• Ensure solutions are developed in a timely manner to meet customers' expectations and show Iron Mountain to be a responsive and collaborative partner.
• Work closely with Software Partner to capture every requirement and minimise commercial risk.
• Build contract mobilisation programmes to demonstrate how we bring our solutions to life.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and implementation process
• Develop workflows for customers that balance internal standard processes with specific customer requirements
• Ensure the commercial model for opportunities fits with the customer's expectations.
• Work with broader colleagues across MENAT to build knowledge and share experiences.
• Provide in-depth technical knowledge of our fixed asset management software to prospective clients. Demonstrate how our solutions can address their specific needs and challenges.
• Support the sales team in presenting the best solution and demonstrating the software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in Contract Logistics Business Development, preferably in a mix of organisations and sectors, including:
• Preferred experience in Fixed asset management best practices , software implementation and commercial acumen.
• Working on large Fixed assets projects tagging, inventory and software implementation
• Awareness of Fixed asset management knowledge..
• Over 3 years of experience in Fixed assets register and valuations.
• Has experience of commercial pricing and financial structures of contracts
• Track record of closing large, recurring deals with customers
• Be used to working in a global organisation and collaborative matrix structure
• Excellent presentation, demonstration, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Visio) and Google applications
