Job Description

Responsibilities:

Interpret and understand architectural drawings, material specifications, and construction requirements. Plan and manage materials and workforce effectively to ensure smooth project execution. Perform setting-out and marking as per approved site drawings. Independently manage construction sites, ensuring efficiency and quality. Oversee the execution of villas, residential, and fit-out construction projects. Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Collaborate with subcontractors and other construction professionals to maintain project workflow. Communicate and report regularly to the Project Manager on site progress. Coordinate on-site activities from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, time, and budget requirements. Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and inventory. Provide regular project updates and conduct site reviews with contractors and the Project Manager. Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and site audits.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience working with a developer or main contractor. Strong ability to read and interpret project drawings, with a keen eye for identifying potential issues. Expertise in

Gypsum Carpentry

. Excellent time management, attendance, and work ethic. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A valid Driver's License is required.
