We are an interior design and fit-out company in Dubai. We specialize in providing end-to-end solutions for high-end residential, commercial, and retail projects. We are seeking a Fit-Out Supervisor to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our projects.

Job Responsibilities

As a Fit-Out Supervisor , you will be responsible for:

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure the progress is aligned with the project timeline and quality standards.
• Supervise the work of subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Fit-Out Engineer, project manager, and design team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available on-site when required.
• Conduct regular inspections of the works in progress and completed works to ensure they meet the required quality and design standards.
• Address and rectify any discrepancies or defects promptly.
• Enforce adherence to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment on-site.
• Monitor and implement safety measures as per company and regulatory standards.
• Act as a point of contact on-site for clients and consultants, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.
• Assist in conducting site meetings and walkthroughs.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports to the project manager.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, material usage, and workforce attendance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in the UAE fit-out or interior design industry.
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
• Familiarity with local building codes and authority requirements (DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• UAE driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
