Fit Out Site Supervisor
Job Description
• Responsible for supervising Workers and monitoring their output. Ensuring achievement of targets by workers.
• Preparation of Daily Project Timeline, Materials and labour schedules Report.
• Quality and workmanship control.
• Purchase of materials for Site including equipment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out project management in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing diverse project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
