Lead and manage multiple fitout projects simultaneously.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and regularly monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
Manage procurement processes, including tendering, vendor selection, and contract negotiation, to ensure optimal value for the project.
Oversee site activities, coordinate subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and implementing safety protocols.
Client-focused approach to resolving project-related issues.
Implement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in fitout project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in Dubai.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
