We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fit-Out Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior design sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior design market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Understand client requirements and provide tailored fit-out solutions.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals successfully.

- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery

- Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the fit-out, interior design, or construction industry.

- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

- Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and project lifecycles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

- Valid UAE driving license is required.
