Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Fit-Out Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships in the commercial and residential fit-out sector. The role requires an individual with excellent sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Identify new sales opportunities within the fit-out sector, including commercial and residential projects.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
Sales Management:
• Develop and present tailored proposals to potential clients based on their fit-out needs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, operations) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.
• Assist in preparing and presenting design concepts, cost estimates, and timelines to clients.
• Oversee the post-sale process to ensure smooth project implementation.
Market Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential opportunities.
• Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to enhance promotional strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and ensuring that clients' needs are met.
• Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and activities.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of client contacts and opportunities.
• Ensure that all contracts and project documentation are properly handled and archived.
Key Requirements:
• Education: A degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on fit-out, construction, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing the sales cycle.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of fit-out products and services, including design, materials, finishes, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret client requirements and present appropriate solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
