We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Fitout Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior construction and renovations, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Certification: A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

Technical & Professional Experience:

• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, and interior fit-outs experience as a Site Engineer/supervisor or in quality inspection/assurance roles.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, materials, and interior fit-out standards.
• Inspection Tools: Proficiency with tools and technologies used in inspections, such as measuring devices and software for reporting
• Quality Standards: Knowledge of relevant quality standards and building codes.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to identify issues and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate with other stakeholders.
• Quality Management Certifications: Certifications like ISO 9001 or other quality management systems can be beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
