Opulent Designs is a leading interior design and fit-out company, transforming spaces into stunning environments. We seek an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee our commercial and residential fit-out projects.

Job Summary:
The Fit-Out Project Manager will plan, execute, and close fit-out projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and the project team. The position also requires assisting with estimating project costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans and schedules for both commercial and residential projects.
• Execution: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures and conduct site inspections.
• Budget Management: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Cost Estimation: Assist with estimating project costs and preparing bids.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Team Coordination: Lead and motivate the project team, assigning tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in fit-out or construction.
• Proven track record of successful management of commercial and residential fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Flexibility and Availability:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Availability on-site during key project phases and installations.
• Overtime and weekend hours will be compensated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
