Job Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure design intent is successfully translated into the final product.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any on-site issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out projects in the UAE, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in of English is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• holding a UAE driving license
