Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FitOut Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.

2. Project Execution:

Manage all phases of the fitout process, including demolition, construction, installation, and finishing.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

3. Budget Management:

Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and controlled.

Approve expenditures and manage subcontractor payments.

4. Quality Control:

Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards and complies with relevant building codes and regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and materials.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, updating them on project status and addressing any concerns.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

6. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on all project sites.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and change orders.

Provide regular project updates and performance reports to senior management.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
