Job Description

Renow Pro is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Engineer to oversee projects from planning to closeout. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of fit-out processes, supplier networks, and subcontractor resources across the UAE, covering both premium and economicalranges. The candidate should also be well-versed in Dubai building codes for both residential and commercial fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and handover. Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination: Source and manage suppliers and subcontractors for cost-effective and high-quality materials and services. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all projects comply with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory standards. Cost & Budget Control: Optimize project costs while maintaining quality and efficiency. Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship, materials, and adherence to project specifications. Scheduling & Coordination: Ensure timely completion of projects by managing schedules, resources, and site teams. Problem-Solving: Address any on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays. Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in fit-out project management in Dubai. Strong knowledge of UAE supplier market (premium & economical). Expertise in Dubai building codes and municipality approvals. Proven track record in handling residential & commercial fit-outs. Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and AutoCAD is a plus.
