Job Overview: Manage and oversee fitout projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate project activities.
• Oversee on-site work and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor quality control and ensure standards are met.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Maintain project documentation and report on progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fitout project management.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
