As a Joinery Production Manager at BADI DESIGN, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Joinery projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Fluency in Hindi and English is most important.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement production strategies, plans, and objectives aligned with company goals and customer requirements.

Operational Management, Quality Assurance, Team Leadership, Resource Management, Process Optimization, Safety Compliance, Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, Cross-functional Collaboration, Performance Monitoring, Training and Development, Reporting and Communication.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

7 years of progressive experience in production management in interior design industry.

Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

Commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

Joinery (Interior Fitout works) Production: 7 years (Preferred)
