Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Fit-Out & Joinery Site Supervisor/Foreman with a robust background in interior fit-out work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP, civil, architectural, and interior disciplines, as well as a proven track record in managing construction sites efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Instruction: Oversee all construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations both at the factory and on-site.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of construction employees and take necessary disciplinary actions when required.
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material inventory.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Fit-Out Site Supervisor, with extensive experience in the fit-out industry.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, construction safety regulations, and the interior designing/joinery/fit-out industry.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in the use of construction tools and equipment.
• License: Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Availability: Candidates must be available to join immediately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required).
• 5 years of experience in fit-out site supervision (required).
• 5 years of experience in the fit-out industry (required).
• Valid UAE driving license (required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
