Duties:

• Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
• Material and manpower planning and management.
• Should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings.
• Should be able to independently handle sites
• Should have past experience of executing villas, residential and fit-out construction projects.
• Manage day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, effectively and on time
• Work closely with all sub-contractors and other construction professionals
• Liaise and report to the Project Manager
• Co-ordinate on-site operations from beginning to end, within agreed safety, time, cost and quality standards and objectives
• Manage site logistics, deliveries and materials
• Provide regular progress updates and conduct regular project reviews with visiting contractors / Project Manager.
• Ensure the site complies with H&S regulations, risk assessments and audits

Key Requirements:

Essential:

• Proven track record with a developer or main contractor
• Ability to read and implement project drawings and identify potential problems
• Gypsum Carpentry skills
• Good time keeping and attendance.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Having Driver's License is a MUST!
