Job Description

JOB RESPONSINILTIES

1. Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project, attend the site meetings and raise the concerns pertinent to the project

2. Checking the detailed drawings and quantities against the site condition for accuracy of calculations. Generate the BoQ if unavailable.

3. Lead the site team liaising with and working alongside designers, supervisors and subcontractors. Share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resource.

4. Liaising with clients, landlords and their representatives for timely amendment of the drawings and the preparation of weekly progress reports.

5. Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for third party stake holders and operatives

6. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and placing the requisitions proactively, well ahead of time.

7. Perform under pressure and on flexible timings

8. Mandatory B.Tech or B.E. graduate in Civil Engineering
