Job Title: Fitness Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
About Us: We are a rapidly expanding fitness studio with a focus on delivering premium EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) training experiences across three prominent locations in Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fitness Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of our studios.
Responsibilities:
• Profit & Loss (P&L) Accountability: Take ownership of the financial performance of three fitness studio locations, working to meet revenue targets, optimize costs, and drive overall profitability.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of fitness trainers and support staff to ensure high service quality, productivity, and retention.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming, engaging, and safe environment for all clients, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless functionality.
• Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement local campaigns, promotions, and events to drive studio traffic and member sign-ups.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all locations comply with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on location KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in fitness management or a related role, with a strong understanding of fitness center operations and P&L management.
• Leadership Skills: Experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and operational targets.
• Driving License & Personal Vehicle: Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between locations.
• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues with clients and team members.
