Working on behalf of a large real estate developmer in Abu Dhabi, the company are looking to appoint a Fit Out / Tenancy Coordinator that will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of fit-out projects within the clients properties in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for managing the coordination between tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that all fit-out activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Tenant Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding fit-out inquiries, approvals, and coordination of activities.Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Contractor Management: Source and engage with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for fit-out works, negotiate contracts, and oversee their performance to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of projects.Permitting and Compliance: Manage the permitting process, including obtaining necessary approvals from regulatory authorities, and ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and regulations.Budget Monitoring: Assist in the development and monitoring of fit-out project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to management on budgetary status and variances.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of fit-out projects, including contracts, permits, invoices, and correspondence, and generate reports as required by management.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of fit-out works to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.Tenant Support: Provide support and assistance to tenants throughout the fit-out process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in fit-out coordination or project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, construction methodologies, and building regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
