Fit Out Technical Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage technical aspects of fit-out projects. Ensure compliance with design and building codes. Coordinate with contractors and resolve technical issues. Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. years of fit-out experience. Proficient in AutoCAD and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills.
Civil Engineering Degree with at least 5 years of experience in pre-award & post-award especially in fit-out, maintenance, and renovation projects.
Have sound knowledge of authority approvals, technical specifications & proposals and can do preliminary architectural & structural design.
Professional in using AutoCAD, SAP & ETAB.
UAE Experience is mandatory.
Degree Certificate must have an MOFA stamp or MOE Equivalency
