Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the F&B fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Dubai.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion for F&B fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into practical design solutions.
• Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Manage a team of designers and provide mentorship and guidance to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in F&B design and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
