• prepare the work programs / time schedule / plan and monitor the progress of the project against the plan to ensure its completion within the specified time frame and within allocated budgets.
• ensure adherence to weekly, fortnightly and monthly project progress and generate report on all variations
• Prepare master project schedule and plans during tender and execution stage.
• Attend project meetings with Consultant / Project Management representative, prepare and submit report to management as required. Also prepare monthly progress report for all the projects based on site visits and project progress review.
• - Preparation of critical path analysis and impact program in assessment of EOT. Liaise with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to indicate cost and return forecasts at the agreed payment dates and throughout the contract.
• Estimating the costs of materials, labour and equipment for a project
• Monitoring the project budget and spending
• Creating detailed project plans and activity list for every activity using Primavera P6.
• Identifying critical path activities to ensure projects are delivered on time within budge, and to the required quality standard.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify project requirements, including materials, equipment, and labor, and ensure that these requirements are reflected in the project schedule.
• Processing Engineering works to Construction activities and adding shop drawing, material & resources to the timeframe & determine the feasible procurement dates.
• Preparation of monthly progress reports & weekly analysis of planned vs actual progress.
• Maintaining records of monitoring of the program to enable input and support to the Project Manager to evaluate any related Contractor claims and variations as considered necessary.
• Set up weekly targets based on monthly plan & baseline program for execution work on site.
• Providing support to the Project Manager in understanding the program risks and opportunities of potential additional works and variation proposals.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that project plans are integrated with other organizational functions.
• Ensuring the works executed as planned to meet the contract completion date of project.
• Checking plans, drawings & quantities to ensure work is executed as per calculations & drawings.
• Preparation of EOT, claims, delay analyses and mitigation plans & monthly bills of the project.

Skills Required:

• Profound knowledge and experience of Civil Engineering related to interior fit-out works
• Proficient in using planning software like Primavera P6 to create a detail-oriented project master schedule and tender program including manpower, resources and cost loading.
• Proficient in using of computer software's related to construction works such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in creating baseline program with cost resources and tracking & monitoring of the project.
• Proficient in coordination with clients/ consultants/ architects & vendors with excellent communication skills to drive the project according to its scheduled activity.
• Having knowledge of proper documentation process & strong numerical and analytical skills.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil)
• 5 years' experience in the construction / interior fit out preferable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Can join immediately

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
