We are seeking an experienced

Fitout Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing fitout projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. As a Fitout Supervisor, you will oversee on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the fitout team on-site. Manage the delivery and installation of materials, ensuring quality and timely execution. Monitor project timelines, ensuring that all work is completed within the agreed schedule. Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being carried out as per design specifications. Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to resolve any issues or concerns. Track project costs and ensure that projects remain within budget. Maintain accurate records of progress, materials used, and any changes to project scope. Manage and report on project risks, ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are taken when necessary. Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members and other stakeholders.
