Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced Fit-out Civil Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the UAE, specializing in villa construction projects . The ideal candidate must be a Civil Engineering graduate with a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Certificate and possess comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of residential such villa projects, commercial, restaurant, retail from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction of villa projects from the ground up, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications.
• Oversee casting of slabs , concrete works , and structural elements to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Coordinate and supervise concrete casting and ensure quality control at all stages.
• Supervise and manage the installation of aluminum cladding and other exterior finishes, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations , safety standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare and review detailed project reports, site inspections, and materials testing reports.
• Manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure project efficiency and cost control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Certificate .
• 3-5 years of UAE experience in civil engineering, specifically in villa construction projects .
• In-depth understanding of construction management , building codes, and UAE-specific regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , MS Project , and other relevant engineering software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
