Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Fit Out Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out industry, with a strong understanding of the local market. This role offers a base salary of AED 3000 plus commission, providing an excellent opportunity for driven individuals to maximize their earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector, focusing on both new and existing clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Proposal Preparation: Develop and present detailed proposals and quotations that align with client requirements and company capabilities.

Collaboration: Work closely with design and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and high client satisfaction.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential sales opportunities.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and forecasts.

Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand professional connections.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out industry in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of local market trends and client needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
