We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in schools, nurseries, commercial play areas, hotel leisure facilities & residential projects.
The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about sales and possesses a deep understanding of the Education & Children's Leisure/Entertainment Industry.

Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture enduring client relationships. Grasp their needs, preferences, and project specifications to provide customized solutions that perfectly align with their objectives.
Project Consultation:
Engage closely with clients to comprehend their fit-out and joinery needs for commercial or residential projects. Offer expert guidance and thoughtful recommendations, empowering them to make well-informed decisions.
Quotation and Proposal Generation:
Create precise quotations and project proposals tailored to client specifications and project scope. Collaborate closely with estimation and design teams to guarantee competitive pricing and compelling proposals, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Market Research:
Keep abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor actions. Leverage this insight to spot opportunities and formulate strategies that will give us a competitive advantage.
Sales Target Achievement:
Establish and attain sales targets that align with the company's overarching goals. Consistently monitor sales performance, analyze data, and deploy strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Accountable for meeting monthly targets for house calls, sales, and deliveries while actively building and retaining a loyal client base.
Negotiation and Contract Closure:
Take the lead in client negotiations to finalize contracts, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit in all terms and conditions. Collaborate with the legal team to review and formalize contracts.
Working On Designs & Shop Drawing:
The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with our skilled design and shop drawing team to ensure our products are not only creatively crafted but also tailored to be age-appropriate.
Ability to work with designers to create a computer based floor plan.
Develops and sustains extensive expertise in furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, demonstrating a deep understanding of construction features and design nuances.
Project Handover:
Collaborate closely with project management and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition of projects from sales to execution.
Furnish essential project information and facilitate a smooth project kick-off.
Sales Reporting:
Generate routine sales reports, encompassing sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and progress toward targets. Deliver these reports to the sales manager or senior management as needed.
Requirements:Proven Sales Experience:
A proven history of successful sales within the education & leisure/entertainment industry. Prior B2B sales experience is a prerequisite.
Industry Knowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge of education & leisure/entertainment, Interior design & fit-out industry, including market trends and industry dynamics. Proficiency in materials, construction methods, and project cycles.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey intricate concepts clearly and with confidence to clients.
Negotiation Skills:
Robust skills in negotiation and persuasion, enabling the successful closure of deals and effective management of contract agreements.
Time Management:
Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities, consistently meeting deadlines, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
While a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field is preferred, it's not a mandatory requirement. We also view relevant industry certifications or training as an added advantage
Job Types & Salary:
-> Basic Salary: 6-8K depending on experience.
-> 3% Commission on inquiries after target reached.
-> 5% Commission on own generated lead
Experience:
The preferred candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in Interior design and fit-out for the education & leisure/entertainment industry.
Ideal Industry experience is an Architect/Interior designer or project manager who has moved into sales.
