They are seeking an experienced Fit Out Construction Project Manager to lead their projects and ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire fitout process for luxury villa projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to support successful project outcomes and future business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end and luxury residential fitouts, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of fitout processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and building codes is essential.
