• A premier construction firm in Dubai specializing in luxury villa projects are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects and ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and consultants, acting as the liaison between all parties.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to safety regulations.
• Address and resolve project issues promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years\' experience in villa projects in the UAE.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
• Fluent in English with good knowledge of Arabic.
• Proven experience in leading a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driving license with own car.
