- Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the fit out industry.
- Proven experience managing villa and residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Oversee the entire fit out project lifecycle from initial planning through to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and adheres to all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.
