Position: Fit-Out Project Manager
Our company is seeking a Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality projects. Key responsibilities include planning, managing, and coordinating with clients, developing detailed project plans, selecting and managing contractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and building regulations, monitoring progress, resolving issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and conducting regular site visits. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, experience in the construction industry, strong knowledge of fit-out processes, and strong problem-solving skills.
