We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fit-Out Manager to oversee and manage the fit-out process for various residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the fit-out are completed to a high standard, within budget, and on schedule, while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management : Oversee the entire fit-out process, from initial design to completion, ensuring all work is completed in line with the project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Client Liaison : Communicate directly with clients to ensure their requirements are understood and met. Provide regular updates and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
• Team Coordination : Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
• Quality Control : Ensure all work meets industry standards, project specifications, and health and safety regulations.
• Budget & Cost Control : Monitor and control project costs to ensure the project is delivered within the allocated budget. Address any cost overruns and provide solutions to mitigate additional expenses.
• Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Adjust schedules as needed to account for delays or unforeseen issues.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, work schedules, and health & safety documentation.
• Risk Management : Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or obstacles that may arise during the fit-out process.
Qualifications & Experience
• Education : A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in a fit-out management role, with a proven track record in delivering commercial or residential fit-out projects.
• Knowledge : Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
• Skills :

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
