Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

We are looking for an experienced foreman with full knowledge in Fit out / Joinery works projects.

• The point of contact between the construction workers and Project Manager.
• Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings.
• Knowledge about Detailed shop drawings.
• At Least 5 Years of work experience in the same field & capacity.
• Knowledge of Detailed shop drawings
• In-depth knowledge of fit-out procedures, equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments on the daily activities, create schedule for workers and oversee quality of the site to ensure progress as per the schedule.
• Record man hour and complete time sheet and daily overtime if applicable.
• Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the section head.
• Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

• Diploma degree
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Interior Fitout & Joinery
