Job Title : Fit-Out Engineer (PM)
Location : Sharjah & Dubai, UAE
Reports to : Managing Director

Primary Responsibilities :

• Scope of Services Documentation : Prepare comprehensive and official scope of services documents for each project, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
• Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation : Conduct precise & detailed quantity surveying and provide accurate project cost estimations to support budgeting and financial planning.
• Quotation and Proposal Creation : Develop detailed and client-friendly quotations, ensuring all aspects of the project are covered accurately.
• Project Scheduling and Planning : Create project timelines and detailed schedules to guarantee that milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned with approved specifications.
• Site Engineering and Project Management : Oversee site operations from initial design through to execution and handover, ensuring quality standards and adherence to the project's scope.
• Plan and Drawing Execution : Review and execute engineering plans, ensuring all work aligns with technical drawings and specifications.
• Supplier and Subcontractor Management : Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers and subcontractors, coordinating with them for timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.
• Project Quality and Budget Compliance : Manage resources and processes to deliver projects within the allocated budget and meet the quality expectations of the client.
• Project Completion and Handover : Ensure projects are completed and handed over in accordance with approved specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in project planning, cost estimation, and site management.
• Strong understanding of quantity surveying, project scheduling, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc) and MS Office Suite.

Skills and Competencies:

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to estimate project costs accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively within strict timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED42,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
