Job Description

As an Interior Design Technician with at least 5 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of interior design projects. You will collaborate with senior designers and architects to produce detailed design plans, assist in the selection of materials, and ensure that all design elements are accurately implemented.

• Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain samples and quotations.
• Maintain and organize a library of materials and products.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements, progress, and modifications.
• Address client feedback and incorporate changes into design plans.
• Provide professional advice and guidance on interior design matters.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and management.
• on site travel and communication with the labours and allow duty for them.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering/Technical field, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design or a related field.
• Proven experience in using CAD software and site duties.

Skills:

• Strong technical skills in drafting and design.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
