Job Title: Fit-Out Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fit-Out Engineer with 3-5 years of local experience to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, spatial planning, and interior design, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality fit-out projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the fit-out project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and develop fit-out strategies.
• Prepare and review project specifications, drawings, and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, and address any issues that arise.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental regulations on site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and making decisions to keep the project on track.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations in fit-out and interior design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in fit-out or interior construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials and finishes used in interior fit-out.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 60 per week
