They are a premier interior design and build fit out contractor, known for our innovative solutions and exceptional service across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, government, F&B sectors.This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and establish long-lasting client relationships in a vibrant market.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit out and interior design industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client needs are met.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development within the fit out or interior design industry.
Strong network and knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
