Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Firefighting Mechanical Draughtsman with expertise in AutoCAD and BIM for the design of fire protection systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating accurate and detailed designs in compliance with NFPA standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for fire protection systems using AutoCAD and BIM. Design and draft fire protection systems, including: Fire Hydrant Systems Sprinkler Systems Fire-Fighting Systems Clean Agent Systems (e.g., FM200, NOVEC1230, etc.) Ensure all designs comply with NFPA standards and other relevant codes. Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure alignment of drawings with project specifications. Review and modify designs as needed based on client and team feedback. Maintain and update design records and documentation. Qualifications: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software for mechanical drafting. Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection design principles. Skills and Attributes: Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to interpret technical specifications and implement them effectively in designs. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
