Fire Project Engineer for High Rise Building Project



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Project Engineer to join our team for a high-rise building project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation, testing, and commissioning of "Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation and Central Battery Systems".

This role requires at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in residential projects within the UAE. Immediate joiners will have an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation and Central Battery Systems in high-rise residential buildings.
• Ensure all fire safety systems are installed and functioning in compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support to the project team.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to fire safety systems.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff on fire safety system operations and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in fire safety system installation, testing, and commissioning in residential projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Voice Evacuation and Central Battery Systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Proven track record of managing fire safety system projects in high-rise buildings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
