Our company needs a Maintenance Engineer in Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm with 4 years of experience in the U.A.E or GCC Country in the same field.

Applicant should have a U.A.E Driving License

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the existing business relations with the existing clients.
• Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation, and developing and maintaining quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise to the team.
• Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver service & effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works, monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and client satisfaction.
• Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan the complicated maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively
• Monitor expenses and control the cash flow.
• Monitor the collections.
• Manage relationships with clients, and civil defense.
• Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
• Monitor the contract renewals.
• Targeting new clients (Bring new business, and establish new relations with the new clients "real estate companies / private sectors / industrial sector / government sector")
• Contracts preparation.
• Monitor the Purchase officer to ensure the materials will be delivered on time, and to support in price negotiation and communicate with suppliers whenever required.
• Monitor the maintenance coordinator and review and evaluate maintenance operations.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems, Identify business improvement opportunities within the company
• Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect our duties and operations and future business.
• Prepare the annual budgeting and business forecasts.
• Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements.
• Monitor the schedule and allocations of manpower for inspection, PPM, and rectification.
• Attend the calls related complains & emergency calls.
• Preparing correspondence, sending emails to the clients, and sending Service Report/work completion reports and reminders for the pending jobs & preparing as per the contract
• Preparing and following up the quotation for all the inquiries.
• Coordinating and updating the accounts to release the invoices as per the works statues.
• Monitoring the ongoing job on the site through the site engineers and supervisor or the foreman.
• Check the attendance of our manpower and ensure all in place on time.
• Monitor the workers using the tools in proper way, and ensure they are keeping in safe place.
• Conduct a training sessions to improve the performance of workers.
• Update the performance evaluation in quarterly bases to follow up the improvement of workers and their weaknesses.
• Arrange the vacation plan for all the workers.
• Arrange the new recruitment plan in case required.

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
• Working experience in U.A.E or GCC Country: 4 years (Required)
• Autocad: 2 years (Required)
• Maintenance Engineer in Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm: 4 years (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
